Refund policy
Last updated: 30 July 2026. This policy applies to paid enrollments confirmed by written invoice from Developercloudzone.
Eligibility
Refunds are available for confirmed cohort seats when the request meets the timeframes below and the seat has not been transferred. Informational prices on this website are not themselves purchases; only invoiced enrollments are eligible.
Timeframe for full refund
Cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date for a full refund of tuition paid, minus any non-refundable items listed below.
Partial refund
Cancellations received 6–13 days before start may receive a 50% refund of tuition. After the cohort begins, refunds are generally unavailable except where Developercloudzone cancels the program or a documented medical or legal impediment prevents attendance and no transfer seat is available.
Non-refundable items
Third-party exam fees (if any), printed materials already shipped, custom Assurance Circle scoping fees after the kickoff workshop, and payment processing charges retained by banks or processors are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Developercloudzone
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra tuition. We are not responsible for travel booked without our written request.
Refund process
Email contact@developercloudzone.digital with your full name, invoice number, cohort name, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned within 15 business days to the original payment method when possible. Wire refunds may require additional banking details. Currency conversion differences are borne by the payer’s bank.
Transfers
You may nominate a colleague to take your seat at least 7 days before start without a refund, subject to our approval of the substitute’s profile fit.
Exceptions
Mandatory consumer rights under Korean law are not limited by this policy. Where those rights provide a broader remedy, they prevail.
